What is EHS?
Deepening Your Relationship with the Lord
Do you consider your emotional health an important aspect in your spiritual life? Have you ever contemplated the connection of emotional maturity and spiritual maturity? Peter Scazzero’s book, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, walks through the importance of emotional competence and how to use this gift from God in our everyday life.
Faith Community Church hosts studies series centering on the curriculum found in Emotionally Healthy Spirituality. Our intention is to more deeply experience Jesus and cooperate with Him in transforming our hearts. In doing so, we hope that both emotional and spiritual health might more naturally pour forth from our lives. Other topics include how to walk through grief, identify unhealthy emotions, and more.

Who is It For?
Emotionally Healthy Spirituality is for people who are:
- Looking to grow emotionally, spiritually and mentally
- Leading emotionally healthy disciples
- Looking to handle conflict in a healthy manner
- Striving to confront difficult or undesirable emotions
- Wanting to grow in their walk with Christ
