Deep Freeze

6-12 graders, join us on our winter retreat for Worship, Teaching Samer Massad, CrazySkits, TeamGames, Music, Basketball, Volleyball, Tubing, Dodgeball, Carpet Ball, Foosball, Billiards, Air Hockey, Board Games, Ping Pong, Paintball, Snack Shop (bring spending money) and more!
The theme this year is Homecoming. No matter your past or present reality, despite your rebellion or rule-keeping, there is a place you were made to belong. God is pursuing you, inviting outsiders to come inside. To every daughter and son he is faithfully declaring, “Welcome home.”
Departure: Friday, Jan. 24, at 5:30pm. We will NOT stop for food on the way, so eat before we leave, please!
Return: Sunday, Jan. 26, at 4pm
Deep Freeze Registration // Discount pricing at $170 ends November 30. December 1-31 is $180. Late or incomplete registrations as of Jan 1 will NOT guaranteed a space and price is $190.
To register, you must submit the following:
- An online completed Registration Form.
- Payment: Give.church (choose Deep Freeze fund), cash, or check made out to Faith Community Church. No refunds after January 1. Scholarship assistance is available if needed.

- Camp Doc Health Form–Fill out or update. You should receive an email from CampDoc
- Berea Forms. Click on Deep Freeze then Deep Freeze CAMPER individual Registration Form (campers) OR Deep Freeze LEADER individual registration form (leaders).

What to Bring: Bible, warm clothes (yoga pants or leggings must be covered by a long shirt), winter coat, boots, snow pants, warm socks, gloves, hat, towel, personal toiletries, sleeping bag or bedroll, pillow, flashlight, notebook, pen and a few extra $$ for the snack shop or bookstore. You may also bring sports equipment, musical instruments or a camera. Please consolidate as much as possible into one bag! Faith Community Student Ministry is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Do NOT Bring: Cell phones, electronic games or music/ media players, paintball guns or paint.
