Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

Wanting something more in your relationship with God?  Have you ever wondered about incorporating some contemplative practices into your regular times with God?  How is your emotional health tied to your spiritual health?  All of these questions are addressed along with so much more in the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality small group series.

In early 2023, we will run our second pilot study of the series, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, written by Peter Scazzero. Our intention is to more deeply experience Jesus and cooperate with Him in transforming our hearts so that both emotional and spiritual health might more naturally pour forth from our lives.

Spaces are limited, so seats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spring 2023 Session: Sundays, February 5th – April 2nd, 12:15 – 2:15 pm continuing for eight weeks (one week off for school break)

Weekly Homework: Read one chapter in the book. Twice daily read a fifteen-minute Scripture/prayer reflection from the Daily Office.

During the Sunday gatherings, Pastor Laurel Coolbaugh will facilitate the large group discussion while table leaders will guide the small group discussions. You are encouraged to make this your faith group commitment for the spring.
